EIGHT-STEP REENTRY PROGRAM

Preparing Returning Citizens for Success

We have devised an eight-step program to better prepare, and equip, individuals to successfully reintegrate back into society.   The first four steps occur prior to an offender’s release:

  1. Terminate criminal thinking.

  2. Separate yourself from negative influences.

  3. Participate in rehabilitative and educational opportunities.

  4. Liberate yourself from incarceration.

  5. Reintegrate back into society.

  6. Conciliate with the individual(s) and community you have harmed.

  7. Affiliate with positive influences.

  8. Motivate yourself through positive use of time.
